My name is Matthew Koenig. I have over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and go to market strategy on both the direct (working for MSPs and VAR's, selling to both enterprise and SMB Clients) side, as well as the vendor (selling to MSPs and VAR's) side.
Over the many years I have spent in the IT Channel, I have picked up a unique perspective by working on both sides of the coin as well as for multiple different types of companies, including SoftChoice, Waldec Group, Innovation Computers, Staples Technology Solutions, RapidFire Tools, Galactic Advisors, Breach Secure Now and Nodeware just to name a few.
While working for these different companies, traveling all over the world to trade shows, speaking on stage about sales, marketing and go to market strategies for MSPs and Vendors, I have had the opportunity to talk to many people in order to understand their problems and challenges getting to where they want to go.
I will not put together a cookie cutter approach or system like others in the industry. I believe that although many have the same issues, the reasons why will vary. I believe in understanding your goals, getting down and dirty to understand what obstacles are keeping you from getting there and coming up with a solution to get it done.
