White Tiger Channel Consulting provides customized sales, marketing and go to market strategies for both Vendors and MSPs in the IT Channel.

My name is Matthew Koenig. I have over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and go to market strategy.

What makes me different is over the many years I have spent in the IT Channel, I have obtained a unique perspective by working on both sides of the coin (selling direct to end users as well as working on the vendor side selling to MSPs and Disti).

While working for different companies, I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world to trade shows where I got to speak about sales, marketing and go to market strategies for MSPs and Vendors.

By having this opportunity I have been able to immerse myself first hand into the community and understand their problems and challenges getting to where they want to go.

I will not put together a cookie cutter approach or system like others in the industry.

I believe that although many have the same issues, the reasons why will vary. I believe in understanding your goals, getting down and dirty to understand what obstacles are keeping you from getting there and coming up with a solution to get it done.

White Tiger Channel Consulting has been created to help share all of things the things I have learned and all the mistakes I have made (so you do not have to make them) with both MSPs and Vendors in order to help get you and your organization to the next level.
